At FOL we want you to buy our gourmet popcorn conveniently.
Therefore we have decided to offer, for orders over 30 euros, free shipping by courier to Italy.
Please note that delivery times are indicative, expressed in working days and do not include the time required for product preparation.

For the sole purpose of shipping calculations, 1kg packs and starter packs are considered equivalent to 3 packs of 250g.

The following rates apply to the countries listed below (with some exceptions, see below):

EXCEPTIONS
The above rates do not apply to some particular areas within the countries indicated above, such as: Mount Athos (Greece), Helgoland and Busingen (Germany), Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Reunion (France), Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands (Spain), Gibraltar and Channel Islands (United Kingdom), Netherlands Antilles (Netherlands), Aland Islands (Finland), Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark). These areas are not currently served and any order having one of these areas for destination will be canceled with customer refund.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Currently FOL is able to ship to a limited number of countries in addition to those listed above. Shipping rates to these countries vary based on weight and shipping country and are quoted at checkout after the delivery address has been provided by the user.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient customer is the importer of the purchased goods and therefore is solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of Italy may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and other withdrawals, which are imposed when a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These costs, together with any other additional costs for customs clearance, are the responsibility of the recipient; FOL has no control over these costs and therefore cannot provide any estimate of the costs themselves.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; it is advisable to contact the local customs office before ordering for further information. If customs clearance procedures are necessary, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR NON-DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for indicating in the order a correct and manned address during normal office hours. Generally the courier, after the first delivery attempt, requests the recipient to set a time anyway for the second and third attempt. After three failed delivery attempts, the package is generally returned to our office. In these circumstances FOL is not responsible for non-delivery and further delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.
CHANGE IN SHIPPING RATES
Our logistics service providers update their shipping rates on a regular basis. FOL undertakes to keep this page up-to-date, therefore, the above information and rates may change at any time without notice. A2F2 Srl also reserves the right to cancel at any time and without notice, before the goods are shipped to the customer, any order refunding the full amount paid by the customer. In this case, nothing more will be due from A2F2 SRL to the customer.
